Compliance support is based on client-provided inputs; ultimate responsibility lies with the institution/organization.
14. Limitation of Liability
SiteProtex shall not be liable for direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from:

Hosting or third-party provider failures

Client delays in providing inputs
-
Unauthorized access despite implemented security measures

Downtime due to external factors beyond our control
15. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Karnataka, India. Disputes will be resolved under the jurisdiction of courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
